Culligan Home is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service, repair and optimise water treatment systems across Ireland. The role involves troubleshooting, customer guidance and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Training will be provided, and the position offers uncapped incentives and a clear career path.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in engineering or plumbing, a valid driver's license, and strong problem-solving skills, with a typical Monday–Friday day pattern.

Qualifications

• Field service role requires some experience as an Engineer/Plumber, preferably in water treatment.
• Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair water treatment systems, including filtration, softening, and purification systems.
• Diagnose and resolve basic equipment faults and performance issues.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding operation and maintenance of water treatment systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work.

Job title: Field Service Engineer

Contract Type: Full Time Permanent - subject to 6 month probation

Location: Field Based - Multiple Locations, South East, Sligo, Tipperary, Wicklow

Salary: €42,432 per annum, paid monthly + annual tax free meal allowance and uncapped performance incentives. On-Target Earnings (OTE) of €50,000

As an Field Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in our commitment to excellence by maintaining, and repairing water treatment systems. You will utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions, ensuring optimal functioning of our systems and maximum customer satisfaction.
