Culligan Ireland recruits a Service Technician to service and repair residential water treatment systems across Ireland. You will diagnose faults, perform routine maintenance, and guide customers on system operation while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Engineer/Plumber is preferred.
• Technical knowledge of water treatment systems (filtration/softening/purification) is advantageous, but full training will be provided.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work independently and efficiently with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing and maintenance of residential water treatment systems.
• Diagnose and resolve basic equipment faults and performance issues.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers on operation and maintenance of systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with internal teams to schedule installations, repairs and maintenance.

Job title: Service Technician

Contract Type: Full Time Permanent - subject to 6 month probation

Location: Nationwide - Depot Claregalway

Salary: €40,000 per annum, paid monthly + annual tax free meal allowance of €4,000

As an Service Technician, you will play a vital role in our commitment to excellence by maintaining, and repairing water treatment systems. You will utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions, ensuring optimal functioning of our systems and maximum customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
