Job summary

Culligan Ireland is seeking a Field Service Engineer to maintain and repair residential water treatment systems across Ireland. You will diagnose issues, service filtration, softening, and purification units, and ensure customer satisfaction.

This full-time role offers a 6-month probation, a pension, and opportunities for career progression. You will work Monday to Friday on a field-based schedule, with a focus on safety and high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Some experience as an Engineer/Plumber, preferably in the field of water treatment.
• Technical knowledge of water treatment systems, including filtration, softening, and purification is preferable however, full training will be given
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing and maintenance of residential water treatment systems
• Diagnose and resolve basic equipment faults and performance issues
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding the operation and maintenance of water treatment systems
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and schedule installations, repairs, and maintenance

Job title: Field Service Engineer

Contract Type: Full Time Permanent - subject to 6 month probation

Location: Field Based - Multiple Locations

Salary: €42,432 per annum, paid monthly + annual tax free meal allowance and uncapped performance incentives. On-Target Earnings (OTE) of €50,000

As an Service Technician, you will play a vital role in our commitment to excellence by maintaining, and repairing water treatment systems.
