Job summary

Culligan Home in Ireland is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and repair water treatment systems across Ireland. This full-time permanent role operates field-based with a 6-month probation, offering a salary of €42,432 per year plus a tax-free meal allowance and uncapped incentives.

You will diagnose faults, perform maintenance, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Field-based role requiring experience in service or installation of water treatment systems.
• Full training will be provided.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair water treatment systems including filtration and purification.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment faults and performance issues.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers on operation and maintenance.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule installations and maintenance.
• Possibly previous experience as an engineer/plumber is preferred.

Contract Type: Full Time Permanent - subject to 6 month probation

Location: Field Based - Multiple Locations, South East, Sligo, Tipperary, Wicklow

Salary: €42,432 per annum, paid monthly + annual tax free meal allowance and uncapped performance incentives. On-Target Earnings (OTE) of €50,000

As an Field Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in our commitment to excellence by maintaining, and repairing water treatment systems. You will utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions, ensuring optimal functioning of our systems and maximum customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair water treatment systems, including filtration, softening, and purification systems.

• Diagnose and resolve basic equipment faults and performance issues.

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding the operation and maintenance of water treatment systems.

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and schedule installations, repairs, and maintenance.

• Some experience as an Engineer/Plumber, preferably in the field of water treatment.

• Technical knowledge of water treatment systems, including filtration, softening, and purification is preferable however, full training will be given.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid driver's license.
