Job summary

Territory Manager CP at LivaNova will drive revenue from CP and ATS portfolios across the territory, building strong customer relationships and delivering expert technical support including in-theatre demonstrations and training.

You will own the Territory Business Plan, identify opportunities, and support contracts and tenders while traveling across the territory and working flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing sales role, ideally in medical devices or a related healthcare environment.
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
• Good planning and time management skills.
• Willing and able to travel across the territory and work flexible hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the revenue and profit targets set for your territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Promote LivaNova CP and ATS products and develop new business opportunities.
• Develop a Territory Business Plan with clear objectives and strategies for each account.
• Understand customer funding pathways and develop strategies to access funding for LivaNova products.
• Provide technical support, product demonstrations, programming, and in-theatre support for CP and ATS products.
• Deliver customer training and maintain the required training standards.
• Support the Sales Director with contracts, tenders, and competitive bids.
• Monitor market and competitor activity and share relevant information internally.
• Complete sales reporting, forecasts, projections, and management reports accurately and on time.
