Job summary

Becton, Dickinson, and Company is seeking a Territory Manager to drive quarterly and annual targets for BD’s vascular access and syringe product lines in the Dublin area. You will build relationships with hospital stakeholders, develop territory plans, and work with Clinical and Marketing teams to maximise opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret sales trends and use data for territory planning.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Extensive sales experience in Hospital/HSE/healthcare sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quarterly and annual territory targets for promoted BD products.
• Understand customer goals and build mutually beneficial relationships.
• Develop and implement territory plans aligned with BD strategy and focus on top accounts.
• Manage BD Value Add Programmes and drive adoption of the BD Way of Selling.
