Job summary

BD is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver quarterly and annual sales targets for promoted products in Ireland. You will develop territory plans, manage top accounts and collaborate with Clinical, Marketing and Regional teams to maximize BD's opportunities in hospital settings.

The role focuses on vascular access devices, prefilled syringes and related items across IV Leads, Theatres, ICU, Wards, ED, and procurement, requiring a proven healthcare sales background and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Extensive sales experience in Hospital/HSE/healthcare environment preferred.
• Strong motivation, initiative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and position BD as partner of choice.
• Develop territory plans for sustainable sales growth and align with BD strategy.
• Manage top accounts and drive BD Value Add Program adoption.
• Coordinate with Clinical and Marketing teams to maximize opportunities.
• Deliver quarterly and annual territory targets.
• Report market and competitor information and use BD CRM system.
