E‑Frontiers is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to cover Dublin and surrounding counties. This field-based role focuses on securing new business, expanding the customer base, and delivering sustained revenue growth.

You will collaborate with leadership and enjoy autonomy while receiving mentoring and development support. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in business development or field sales, a proven track record of achieving targets, and experience in packaging.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in business development, field sales, or account management.
• Proven track record of winning new business and hitting targets.
• Experience in packaging industry is highly desirable, corrugated or cartons advantageous.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and proactive sales approach.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in Dublin and surrounding counties.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline from lead to close.
• Develop long-term relationships and become a trusted commercial partner.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reporting.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
