Job summary

HSB seeks a Regional Manager to lead a field-based team of Engineering Surveyors across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. You will drive service excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational performance while collaborating with Operations and Technical Teams to achieve contracts and grow the business.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of field-based engineering or service delivery teams.
• Engineering qualification required.
• Full UK or Irish driving licence with ≤6 penalty points.
• Knowledge of KPI management and operational performance delivery.
• Familiarity with LOLER, PSSR, PUWER, COSHH and SHWWR regs is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Engineering Surveyors across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland to deliver exceptional service, operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers and Technical Teams to meet contractual commitments while maintaining high-performing workforce.
• Oversee resource planning, performance management, recruitment activities, customer satisfaction and financial performance; ensure safety and service standards.
