Job summary

Qualifications

• Time-served engineer with electrical and mechanical discipline experience.
• Minimum of 10 years' engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of internal combustion engines and generators.
• CHP and balance of plant experience.
• Proven experience managing remote engineering teams.
• Gas Safe registration.
• INNIO Jenbacher product knowledge.
• HNC / HND in Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the regional service team across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
• Ensure contractual performance and 24/7 support through effective scheduling and resources.
• Maintain operational control and compliance with Clarke Energy codes of practice.
• Manage customer relationships with regular meetings and performance updates.
• Provide leadership, communication and reporting to the Field Service Operations Manager.
