Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Ireland seeks a highly motivated Facilities Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations, lead maintenance programs and optimise space and workplace experiences. You will liaise with clients, coordinate service delivery and drive cost efficiency while maintaining high standards of safety and service quality.

You will work with on-site teams to ensure seamless facility operations, manage budgets, and partner with contractors to continuously improve service

Formación

• 2+ years of facilities management experience preferred.
• Experience managing supplier/contractor relationships is advantageous.
• Fluency in English and local language essential.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day building operations including HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximise asset performance.
• Drive operational efficiency and minimise service disruptions.
• Monitor building systems and address technical challenges proactively.
• Manage soft services including cleaning and hospitality to maintain premium standards.
• Participate in vendor selection, contract negotiations and performance management.
• Plan space utilization, moves and reconfigurations for productivity.
• Ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance across the site.
