Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Dublin is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead IFM delivery for a key client. You will partner with site leadership and liaise with stakeholders to maintain high property standards and smooth operations.

The role requires 5+ years in facilities management within a large corporate setting, strong contract management skills, knowledge of EU facility legislation, and willingness to travel monthly. Fluency in English is essential and the position is on-site in Dublin.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Facilities Management within a large commercial organisation.
• Proven experience managing facilities contracts and supplier/contractor relationships.
• Knowledge of EU Facility legislation and governing bodies.
• Quality Assurance knowledge and experience preferred.
• Fluency in English required.
• Willingness to travel to client sites monthly.

Responsibilities

• Communication with Site Leadership team and drive IFM for the client.
• Procurement of goods and services for client buildings.
• Regular meetings with Landlord to ensure lease terms are fulfilled.
• Monthly site inspections and oversight of cleaning vendors.
• Ensure operation of building systems including HVAC and BMS.
