The Rose Hotel in Tralee, Co. Kerry, is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee restaurant and bar service across breakfast, lunch, dinner and events. This full-time role reports to the Operations Manager and Duty Manager, with a 5-days-on, 2-days-off schedule and shifts across multiple meals.

We value strong hospitality, excellent organisation, and fluent English. Experience with hotel F&B systems (Alkimii/Reslynk/Aloha) is beneficial; candidates from busy hotel environments preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor in a busy hotel or hospitality environment.
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant and bar areas.
• Excellent organisational, communication and decision-making skills.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Hospitality or Food & Beverage management qualifications are an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Ensure smooth running of restaurant F&B service on duty.
• Collaborate with hotel management to run the department.
• Attend morning meetings and coordinate staff briefings.
• Promote a professional and hospitable image to guests and assist promptly.
• Record staff non-compliance and oversee documentation for HR.
• Lead by example and be flexible to guest needs and business demands.
• Oversee SOP training, till operations, and stock management.
• Attend F&B meetings and contribute to menu and events.
