Job summary

Cork International Hotel is seeking an experienced F&B Team Leader to support the day‑to‑day operations of our Food & Beverage outlets and to lead the team during shifts. This is a hands-on leadership role reporting to the F&B Supervisor/Manager, with a focus on service excellence and guest satisfaction.

Based in Ballycurreen, Cork Airport Business Park, the role offers a permanent, full‑time position with a negotiable salary.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading Food & Beverage teams in a hospitality environment.
• Strong focus on delivering guest experiences and maintaining service standards.
• Ability to train, coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the F&B team during shifts, ensuring tasks are completed to standards.
• Delegate responsibilities and provide clear instructions to team members.
• Support new team members with training and guidance.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback and escalate issues as needed.
• Handle daily cash, reconcile tills and report accurately at shift end.
