Sheen Falls Lodge Limited in Kenmare, Co. Kerry, invites applications for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our luxury five-star team, with responsibility for Breakfast and Lounge operations.

The role is hands-on, leading the team on the floor to deliver warm, personalised service and exceptional guest experiences. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will supervise breakfast, lounge, private dining and room service, maintaining high standards and supporting a culture

Qualifications

• Experience in a five-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a Food & Beverage team.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine and beverage service.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Experience with breakfast and lounge operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Food & Beverage team during breakfast, lounge, private dining and room service operations.
• Ensure the highest standards of five-star service are consistently delivered.
• Create memorable guest experiences through warm, professional hospitality.
• Maintain a strong floor presence and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Brief and motivate the team before service and communicate daily business, VIPs and events.
• Support the Restaurant Manager and Breakfast & AM Lounge Manager in smooth operations.
