Reporting to the General Manager, you will develop marketing and upselling strategies, supervise staff, coordinate with the Executive Chef and Sales, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of management experience in a similar sized property.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Food & Beverage experience is advantageous.
• Commercial and business knowledge is advantageous.
• Resilience and ability to work under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Direct and manage the Food & Beverage Department to achieve F&B goals.
• Conduct weekly inspections of F&B regions and manage maintenance.
• Develop recognition programmes and promotional campaigns to increase market awareness.
• Monitor and analyse departmental costs and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate menus, beverages and wine lists considering market needs and costs.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef, Sales Director and Rooms Division Manager on plans.
