InterContinental Dublin in Ballsbridge seeks an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead every aspect of our hotel dining operations. You will manage staffing, budgeting, menus and marketing programs, driving revenue through memorable guest experiences and mentoring a high-performing team.

The role requires at least five years in F&B management and a strategic, guest-centered approach.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years experience in a Food & Beverage Management role.
• Proven ability to lead diverse F&B teams and operations.
• Strong budgeting, revenue generation and menu development skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work, and set performance goals.
• Lead local F&B marketing programmes and promotions; monitor trends and adjust menus.
• Conduct inventory procedures and determine stock levels for F&B and related assets.
• Prepare and monitor the annual departmental budget; control food, beverage and labor costs.
• Identify sales opportunities with the catering office to boost revenue through great dining experiences.
