Job summary

The K Club is seeking a Duty Manager to join our Club House & Events team. This is ideal for someone ready to step up into a management role within a luxury resort in rural Ireland.

You will help supervise the Food & Beverage departments across The South Restaurant, The Palmer Restaurant and the Conference & Meetings spaces, while mentoring staff and delivering outstanding guest service. Experience in hospitality management is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Restaurant Management role is essential.
• A Hospitality Management or similar degree.
• A motivator with great communication skills
• A passion and genuine interest in customer service
• A friendly team player with an ability to work well under pressure
• Experience working with Opera is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring the smooth running of the Food and Beverage department within the Club houses.
• Supervise and develop all restaurant personnel.
• Collaborate with the F&B Operations Manager & Restaurant Manager on performance, sales, costs, upselling, budget requirements and budget targets.
• Ensure that all nominated standards of service are adhered to and delivered.
