Aufgaben

• Take day-to-day responsibility for all food and beverage operations, ensuring outlets are organized and staffed to deliver service and product standards.
• Manage meeting room operations, ensuring layouts, equipment and catering meet client expectations.
• Oversee wider hotel operations, providing direction and support to all departments.
• Lead and support the F&B team, setting expectations and monitoring performance.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for efficient service and timely guest delivery.
• Identify training needs and deliver staff development in F&B service.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Promote morale and teamwork within each area of work.
• Monitor billing, payments and cash handling with proper controls.
• Monitor stock, minimize waste and maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
