Job summary

Qashio Inc. is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to drive growth across Europe, focusing on SMB and Mid-Market segments. You will own the full sales cycle—from outbound and inbound qualification to negotiation and closing—while building lasting customer relationships.

You’ll demo products, enable onboarding teams, and maintain high activity metrics in CRM to hit aggressive monthly and quarterly logo targets in Ireland and beyond.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS/Fintech sales experience with a track record of meeting monthly/quarterly logo targets.
• Strong emotional intelligence and objection handling skills with ability to uncover opportunities.
• Proficient in using CRMs (HubSpot) and modern prospecting tools (Sales Navigator).
• Must have valid right to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle sales: generate opportunities, qualify leads, negotiate and close deals.
• Deliver high-impact product demos tailored to client pain points.
• Activate new logos with onboarding teams to ensure rapid live transactions.
• Maintain high daily activity metrics and forecast in CRM.
• Continuously learn and apply new sales methodologies to improve win rates.
