Job summary

Rent a Recruiter is seeking an ambitious Enterprise Account Executive in Ireland. You will drive new business growth by selling a market-leading SaaS solution to enterprise organisations worldwide.

You will own the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to closing complex deals. The role requires 5+ years in SaaS or software sales, a proven track record in new business and a strong ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' proven experience in SaaS or software sales.
• Direct new business sales track record with targets.
• Experience selling complex enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Previous experience in a start-up or high-growth environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, target and win new business opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle and deliver against revenue targets.
• Research prospects and understand customer needs to deliver targeted solutions.
• Build strategic, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Use solution-selling to position complex SaaS offerings.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing to maximise opportunities.
• Think creatively to achieve sales targets.
