Job summary

HireWise is seeking a commercially driven Account Executive to drive new business across Europe. You will own your territory with SDR support, generating opportunities and closing deals from discovery to close.

This hunter-focused role is hybrid, with three days per week in the Dublin office, selling AI-powered SaaS to senior stakeholders in ecommerce and technology-led businesses. You’ll translate product value into measurable results and grow with a scaling SaaS team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Executive or similar roles within a SaaS, technology, or software environment.
• Proactive outbound prospecting and ability to generate opportunities.
• Ability to understand customer challenges and quantify business value.
• Strong technical curiosity and capacity to learn AI-powered SaaS platforms.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders across Europe.
• End-to-end sales experience from prospecting to closing.

Responsibilities

• Own European territory and build pipeline with ~70% new business focus.
• Prospect and outbound strategy with SDR support; develop opportunities.
• Manage full sales cycle from discovery through to product demos and close.
• Demonstrate AI & SaaS value and translate capabilities into business outcomes.
• Engage senior buyers across eCommerce and technology-led businesses.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, CSM, Product and others.
• Maintain pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot and drive performance.
