Vibrant Recruits Ltd in Leinster is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth for heat pump HVAC solutions. You will manage relationships with HVAC merchants and installers, grow a multi-million euro pipeline, and present commercial heat pump systems to customers across Leinster.

The role offers a €60,000–€70,000 base with bonus, a hybrid company car, private healthcare, and a structured career path with training and progression opportunities. Hybrid working with site visits daily.
