As an Outcomes Architect, you'll be the build-beside partner who helps customers turn ambition into working systems inside Notion, owning workflow adoption and renewal outcomes for a book of named accounts based in Dublin.

Qualifications

• Experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion within a B2B software environment.
• Strong customer-facing discovery instincts to map workflows and translate goals into plans.
• Technical fluency and comfort building in software with customers in the room.

Responsibilities

• Drive workflow adoption and value realization for named accounts, expanding use of Notion and improving NRR.
• Partner with Solutions Consultants on account strategy for expansion and renewal, including ownership of renewal opportunities for at-risk accounts.
• Shape customer outcomes and strengthen executive partnerships to contribute to revenue through retention and expansion.
• Design and deploy workflows that translate business goals into durable systems within Notion.
• Co-define and manage customer success plans to realize measurable value.
