Salesforce Ireland is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to identify and qualify opportunities from inbound leads. You will engage customers by phone and email, profile accounts, and collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality and conversions.

Responsibilities

Identify and create new qualified opportunities from inbound leads
Achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
Engage with customers via telephone and email to assess needs
Profile accounts and overcome objections to generate opportunities for AEs
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on lead quality and conversion
Serve as first contact, conduct professional, proactive business interactions
Maintain multi-channel follow-up to uncover new deals and nurture existing opportunities
Provide training/mentoring opportunities and participate in Bootcamp
