Right Management Ireland, part of ManpowerGroup, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new enterprise growth across Ireland. You will identify opportunities in career transition, executive coaching, talent development, and change management, and build relationships with senior HR and business leaders.

This hybrid Dublin-based role requires a strategic seller who can win new clients, monetize global contracts locally, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years' successful business development experience.
• Strong track record of winning and growing enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling professional services or consultative solutions.
• Proven success engaging senior executive and HR stakeholders.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, target, and win new enterprise clients across the Irish market.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve annual revenue targets.
• Build relationships with CHROs, HR Directors, Talent Leaders, Transformation Directors, and senior business executives.
• Create a strong pipeline of opportunities through networking, referrals, industry engagement, and proactive prospecting.
