Job summary

Omni is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive in Dublin. The role focuses on selling AI analytics SaaS to mid- to large-enterprise customers (500-5,000 employees) with a hybrid in-office model in Dublin and remote options for UK-based candidates.

You will drive multi-year deals, manage cross-functional deals, and partner with Solutions Engineers on POCs to build trust with technical buyers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years exceeding quotas selling SaaS solutions.
• Expert at navigating C-suite and technical stakeholders in complex deals.
• Experience translating customer feedback into GTM and Product insights.
• High agency in solving complex revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive BI solution-selling to exceed quotas.
• Manage full-cycle pipeline using MEDDPICC and 3 Whys with high-research outbound.
• Lead POCs and workshops with Solutions Engineering for trusted buyers.
• Invest in Tech & SI partnerships to build top-of-funnel pipeline.
• Develop business cases for renewals/cross-sells and deliver weekly GTM forecasts.
