Job summary

Omni is hiring a Senior Pre‑Sales Solutions Engineer to act as a technical expert across the Omni platform, guiding customers through complex evaluations and POCs. You’ll partner with sales to uncover use cases and demonstrate value, and mentor junior SEs while shaping product direction with field feedback.

Based in Dublin, this hybrid role requires 7–10 years in enterprise pre‑sales and deep experience with cloud data warehouses and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in enterprise pre‑sales or related roles.
• Experience with data warehouses and analytics tools.
• Strong SQL skills for analytics.
• Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• BI tooling experience (Looker/Tableau/PowerBI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise in the sales process and beyond, helping uncover and prove out use cases to showcase the value of the Omni platform.
• Lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, and POC evaluations to enable prospective customers on how to use Omni with their data.
• Smoothly transition trials into successful customers by partnering with post‑sales teams and partners for ongoing support.
• Mentor junior Solutions Engineers and raise discovery, demo, and POC quality across the team.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to provide user feedback and guide product direction.
