Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise sales or strategic customer-facing roles.
• 2-3 years in a full 360 sales closing role.
• Experience selling into regulated or complex industries (e.g., Financial Services, Life Sciences, Retail).
• Strong communication skills and executive presence; able to engage senior C‑Suite stakeholders and technical buyers.
• Strong interest in AI and ability to connect OpenAI products to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Directors on account strategy, multi-threading, and deal progression.
• Design and execute targeted outbound strategies using industry context and product signals to break into priority accounts.
• Lead discovery to uncover business priorities, map stakeholders, and assess enterprise readiness.
• Contribute to pipeline reviews by sharing outbound activity and account insights.
• Build and iterate AI-enabled GTM workflows to scale prospecting and qualification.
