Job summary

HubSpot in Dublin is seeking a Lead Account Executive for the UKI region to drive growth with medium to corporate clients, managing end-to-end sales from prospecting to close using both inbound and proactive selling approaches.

You will forecast pipelines, deliver online and occasional in-person demos, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to address complex procurement needs while targeting enterprise growth. Remote/hybrid options are available for Ireland.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Closing Sales experience.
• Fluent English.
• Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills.
• Accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
• Track record of being a high performer (e.g. over quota, President's Club).
• A sharp focus on your goals and a strong approach for achieving them.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own annual, quarterly and monthly territory business plans.
• Find new prospects from inbound and self-sourced leads.
• Run qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders.
• Close new business and install base at or above quota on a monthly cadence.
• Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders and directly to C-level.
• Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to evolve sales strategy.
