Job summary

HubSpot is hiring a Sales Manager for the UKI Account Executive team in Dublin, with option to join as a remote employee based in the Republic of Ireland. You will execute our proven sales methodology, hire exceptional talent, deliver monthly quotas, and coach the team to sustain growth and high performance.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, supervise training, and stay aligned with HubSpot's inbound strategies and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team (2+ years preferred).
• Professional fluency in English.
• Experience leading a consultative sales process with territory segmentation.
• Strong coaching skills to observe, evaluate and improve results.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to drive business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a sales team to meet monthly goals: activity metrics, forecasted opportunities and revenue targets.
• Build confidence and trust with direct reports and provide developmental feedback.
• Coach team members to develop their professional sales skills.
• Collaborate with other sales managers, directors and executives to grow the business.
• Supervise and conduct training on skills, inbound sales, product and marketing topics.
• Teach sourcing and sales strategies to new team members.
• Maintain headcount via recruiting, selecting and training new Inbound Growth Specialists.
• Stay updated on inbound marketing and HubSpot platform features.
• Understand country markets and execute growth plans.
