HubSpot in Ireland is hiring a Small Business Account Executive to drive new business through outbound selling and online demos. This full closing role is based from your home office with occasional Dublin office presence.

You will identify client challenges, consistently close deals at or above quota, nurture opportunities at SMBs, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to evolve our sales strategy.

Qualifications

• 1 year of closing sales experience.
• Must be based in Ireland for remote opportunity.
• Fluency in Dutch or Nordics languages a plus, not essential.
• Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills.
• Accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
• Track record of being a high performer.
• Sharp focus on your goals and achieving them.
