HubSpot is recruiting a Small Business Account Executive to drive outbound sales, run online demos, and close deals in a primarily remote inside-sales setup across Ireland. You will target small and mid-sized businesses and may operate from a home office with a hybrid/remote option based on preference.

The role emphasizes closing new business, building strong relationships, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies as features roll out.

Formación

• 1+ years of Closing Sales experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in Dutch or any of the Nordics languages are nice to have but not essential.
• Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills.
• Accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
• Track record of being a high performer (e.g. over quota, President's Club).
• A sharp focus on your goals and a strong approach for achieving them.

Responsabilidades

• Identify challenges our prospective customers face and discover inbound marketing solutions.
• Consistently close new business at or above quota level.
• Nurture relationships with highly qualified opportunities at small and mid-sized companies.
• Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
• Collaborate with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to evolve sales strategy when new features are introduced.
• Contribute perspectives, ideas, and skills to HubSpot's mission.
