Job summary

People Solutions is seeking a Sales Co-ordinator for a well-established manufacturing business in rural Co. Wexford.

The role focuses on supporting and developing sales activity, handling enquiries, preparing quotations, following up leads, and ensuring smooth information flow from enquiry through to delivery. You will be hands-on, customer focused, and will work with production, operations and logistics to keep customers informed, win orders, and build long-term relationships across Ireland and

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned enquiries and sales leads.
• Issue quotations promptly and follow up in a structured manner.
• Contact customers to understand the status of outstanding quotations.
• Ask for the order and identify any issues preventing progression.
• Keep the sales pipeline and customer information up to date.
• Re-engage previous or dormant customers when appropriate.
• Work closely with external sales colleagues to progress opportunities.
• Provide visibility on quotations won, lost, and outstanding.
