Job summary

You will engage with distributors, learn product benefits, and help maximise sales across markets, ensuring timely deliveries and high service levels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to identify customer needs and maximise sales opportunities.
• Confidently communicate product benefits and technical features.
• Experience with international shipments across different geographies.
• Strong organisation and administration skills with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service.
• Process requests and enquiries quickly for timely delivery.
• Handle customer enquiries via web, phone, and email.
• Coordinate delivery and transport for shipments.
• Monitor orders and coordinate with production and procurement to avoid delays.
• Explain technical benefits and resolve product queries.
• Drive sales growth and up-sell where possible.
• Analyse sales data and respond to new requests to prevent fallout.
• Support marketing activities to grow brand recognition and sales.
