Job summary

CareerWise Recruitment is seeking an O2C Team Leader for our North Cork based food production client. You will lead the Order to Cash team, overseeing order management, logistics coordination, and invoicing to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

You will manage a team, drive process improvements, and report into the Customer Services Manager. A relevant degree and 3–5+ years of related experience are required, with strong ERP and BI tool skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 3–5+ years of experience in order management, customer service, logistics/supply chain coordination, or invoicing, ideally within a multinational or shared services environment.
• Supervising, coordinating, or leading a team experience is highly desirable; informal leadership will be considered.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for order management and invoicing.
• Familiarity with WMS and TMS systems; Advanced Excel; reporting/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day of the Order to Cash team and ensure accurate order management, deliveries, and invoicing.
• Coordinate logistics to ensure on-time delivery and accurate invoicing in line with orders.
• Drive process improvements and build a culture of accountability and strong customer service.
• Mentor and develop team members, manage performance, and support cross-functional initiatives.

An O2C team leader is required by CareerWise Recruitment to join our North Cork based food production client. This is an exciting opportunity join a well-established business as they go through an expansion phase.

This role reports into the Customer Services Manager.

ROLE*

The Order to Cash (O2C) Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and performance of the Order to Cash team, covering order management, logistics coordination, and invoicing. The role ensures that customer orders are processed accurately, deliveries are coordinated and executed on time, and invoices are issued correctly in line with orders and deliveries. The role combines hands-on people management with process ownership, driving the team to meet order accuracy, on-time delivery, and invoicing targets while building a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and strong customer service.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 3–5+ years of experience in order management, customer service, logistics/supply chain coordination, or invoicing, ideally within a multinational or shared services environment.
• Prior experience supervising, coordinating, or leading a team is highly desirable; demonstrated informal leadership (e.g., mentoring, project leadership) will also be considered.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP SD/MM, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) covering order management and invoicing preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse management (WMS) and transport management (TMS) systems is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting/BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
