Job summary

Archer is expanding its high-performing sales team in Dublin. We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to own the full lifecycle from lead generation to close and manage high-value client relationships.

You will prospect, book meetings with decision-makers in Life Sciences and Financial sectors, negotiate terms, and drive revenue with uncapped commission and rapid career progression in a hands-on B2B environment.

Qualifications

• Ideally 2+ years of professional experience, including at least 6 months in a sales or target-driven role.
• Growth-minded, coachable and eager to learn from industry leaders.
• EU Passport, UK Passport, or Stamp 4 Visa is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive business: Prospect and book high-impact meetings with key decision-makers across Life Sciences and Financial sectors.
• Close deals: Negotiate terms of business, pitch recruitment solutions, and close contracts directly.
• Build an account portfolio: Manage, grow, and nurture long-term client relationships to maximise repeat revenue.
