Archer Recruitment Pte Ltd in Dublin is seeking a driven Sales Representative who will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and expand key client accounts.

You will engage new clients, pitch Archer’s specialist services, and collaborate with senior decision-makers to shape terms from day one. A proven track record of exceeding targets and a 2+ year postgrad background are desirable.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience – 2+ years postgrad, including 9+ months in a sales role.
• Onsite & ready – Dublin city centre based, able to make an immediate impact.
• Track record of success – Consistently exceeding targets and delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Win – Engage new clients, pitch Archer’s specialist services, and shape terms from day one.
• Close Deals – Negotiate and close impactful agreements with senior decision-makers.
