Archer is hiring ambitious Sales Consultants in Dublin to run the full sales cycle and own your desk from Day 1. You will prospect target organisations, book high-value meetings, lead pitches, and close new deals, while also managing accounts to build long-term partnerships.

The role offers complete ownership over your career, with a transparent 13-step progression towards Equity Partner, uncapped commissions, and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Min 9 months of sales experience (ideally 2+ years).
• Based in Dublin and on-site Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
• EU/UK Passport or Stamp 4 Visa required.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by prospecting, booking high-value meetings, leading pitches, and closing new deals.
• Account management to scale existing client relationships into long-term partnerships.
• Support career advancement through commissions and promotions.
