Archer is hiring ambitious Sales Consultants in Dublin to run the full sales cycle and own your desk from Day 1. You will prospect target organisations, book high-value meetings, lead pitches, and close new deals, while also managing accounts to build long-term partnerships.

The role offers complete ownership over your career, with a transparent 13-step progression towards Equity Partner, uncapped commissions, and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Min 9 months of sales experience (ideally 2+ years).
• Based in Dublin and on-site Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
• EU/UK Passport or Stamp 4 Visa required.

Requirements & Key Details

• Experience: Minimum 9 months of sales experience (ideally 2+ years of total professional experience).


• Location: Based in Dublin with full-time on-site commitment (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM). Must hold an EU/UK Passport or Stamp 4 Visa.


• Compensation: Base salary in the mid-€30k + Commission + Bonuses. Year 1 Average Earnings: €53,000+ Scaling to €112,000+ in under 3 years!
