Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an Employee Success People and Payroll Advisor to provide expert payroll and HR services for employees and managers in Ireland, Dublin.

The role focuses on leveraging Workday, resolving inquiries, and driving process improvements, all within a dynamic, confidential environment. The successful candidate will manage payroll data, assist with year-end activities, and collaborate across teams to ensure accurate, timely HR services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll, HR, or shared services environment.
• Experience with Workday HCM or similar HRIS is highly desirable.
• Experience with Case Management systems and end-to-end payroll processes.
• Experience with payroll audits and data integrity is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to employees and managers via Basecamp and other channels.
• Maintain and update knowledge articles to support self-service.
• Record and manage employee inquiries on benefits, time off, compensation, immigration, HR Policy and data.
• Develop understanding of Workday for self-service processes.
• Identify inefficiencies and support process improvements for better employee experience.
• Support User Acceptance Testing for system enhancements.
• Assist with corrections outside self-service and participate in projects modernizing ES processes.
