Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an ES People and Payroll Analyst to support payroll, HR operations and employee data within a globally diverse team in Ireland. You will manage cases via Basecamp, enhance the knowledge base, and safeguard data integrity while handling confidential information with discretion.

You will collaborate with managers and employees, leverage Workday for self-service inquiries, and contribute to process improvements and system testing to modernize HR services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of payroll, HR, or shared services experience.
• Experience with Workday HCM or similar HRIS is highly desirable.
• Experience with a case management system.
• Experience supporting end-to-end payroll processes and employee data changes.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to employees and managers via Basecamp and other channels.
• Maintain knowledge base by creating and updating knowledge articles.
• Record and supervise all customer interactions using a case management tool.
• Ensure cases are resolved and closed timely.
• Develop understanding of Workday and leverage it for self-service inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of policies to assist employees.
• Identify inefficiencies and collaborate on process improvements.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing for system enhancements.
• Process corrections not handled by self-service in Workday.
