Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join the EMEA Payroll team in Ireland. You will process payroll for France and other EMEA regions using external providers, ensure tax filings and social contributions are accurate, and participate in cross-functional projects.

The role requires 3+ years in payroll processing, knowledge of French regulations, and proficiency with SAP/ADP and Excel. Fluency in English is essential, French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience processing payroll in France.
• Proficient with SAP, ADP or similar systems and advanced Excel.
• High accuracy and attention to detail in payroll calculations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication; fluent English, French helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for France and other EMEA regions via external providers.
• Calculate salaries, deductions, bonuses and overtime payments.
• Deliver monthly and annual tax filings and social security contributions.
• Conduct SOX payroll controls and ensure compliant records.
• Maintain payroll data accuracy and timely system updates.
• Prepare payroll reports and support audits and inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compensation and financial reporting.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
