Job summary

FAIN ASCENSORES in Ireland is seeking a Payroll & HR Coordinator to ensure accurate weekly and monthly payroll, while providing HR administrative support and office administration for the Irish business.

The role combines payroll expertise, HR operations, employee support and general office administration, contributing to an efficient and compliant working environment. 40h work week, full-time, with salary €40,000–€45,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in payroll administration in Ireland.
• Experience supporting HR operations.
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Administration: prepare and process weekly and monthly payroll on time, manage payroll changes, liaise with providers, produce payroll reports.
• HR Administration: support recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, maintain employee records in SAP and SuccessFactors.
• Office & Facilities Administration: coordinate office supplies and health & safety admin, visitor management, general administration.
