Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of payroll, HR, or shared services experience.
• Experience with Workday HCM or similar HRIS is highly desirable.
• Experience using a case management system.
• Experience supporting end-to-end payroll data changes and deductions.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide superb employee and manager support via Basecamp and other channels.
• Maintain and improve the knowledge base and articles for self-service.
• Record and manage all interactions using a case management tool; resolve inquiries timely.
• Develop understanding of Workday for manager and employee self-service.
• Maintain policy knowledge to assist employees.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing for system enhancements.
• Process corrections or transactions outside self-service in Workday.
• Participate in projects to modernize ES People Services processes.
