Position Summary: The Payroll & HR Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of weekly and monthly payroll while providing day-to-day HR administrative support and office administration services to the Irish business.
The role combines payroll expertise, HR operations, employee support and general office administration, contributing to an efficient and compliant working environment.
Prepare and process weekly and monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Manage employee data, starters, leavers and contractual changes.
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with Irish payroll legislation.
Liaise with payroll providers and relevant authorities when required.
Process statutory payments, leave records and payroll adjustments.
Reconcile payroll data and produce payroll reports.
Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities.
Maintain employee records in SAP and SuccessFactors.
Prepare employment documentation, contracts and HR correspondence.
Support annual HR processes and reporting activities.
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
Coordinate office supplies and service providers.
Support workplace health and safety administrative requirements.
Assist with visitor management and office organisation.
Coordinate day-to-day facilities and general administration activities.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in payroll administration in Ireland.
Previous experience supporting HR operations.
Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Irish payroll legislation.
Experience with SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Experience working with payroll providers and payroll reporting.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
