Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Workplace Environments Project Manager to shape and deliver workplaces across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will lead projects from small improvements to major fit-outs, partnering with regional and global teams to turn strategy into spaces that reflect Stripe and meet user needs.

The role requires travel within Europe and occasional international travel based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience managing workplace, commercial construction, or office fit-out projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
• Knowledge of building services and MEP systems, cost management, procurement, scheduling, and risk management.
• Experience coordinating with regional and global stakeholders and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple workplace projects with end-to-end accountability for scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and delivery.
• Translate global workplace strategy into locally effective project plans and outcomes.
• Establish governance, decision rights, escalation paths, risk management, and reporting.
• Lead technical due diligence and evaluate constraints, options, and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Real Estate, Finance, IT, Security, and Legal.
• Select and manage external project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors.
