Job summary

Stripe is seeking the Europe, Middle East, and Africa Head of New Business for Startups to lead a top-tier sales organization from Dublin. You will oversee 30+ account executives across multiple markets, drive high-value deals, and shape a scalable, repeatable approach to new-business acquisition in the region.

You will partner with product, marketing, and finance to craft value propositions, manage strategic pricing, and mentor managers and teams to exceed revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of sales experience, including 4+ years in second-line management.
• Experience scaling a sales organization across geographies and teams.
• Proven track record growing multimillion-euro portfolios and meeting targets.
• Experience with senior leaders during high-stakes negotiations and pricing.
• Ability to identify long-term opportunities and understand AI company dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead an organization of 30+ account executives with regional managers.
• Own Startups New Business revenue targets across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
• Develop growth strategy to win new users and increase product adoption.
• Implement sales methodologies to identify high-potential startups.
• Build executive relationships and represent Stripe in strategic deals and events.
• Tailor regional approaches for local markets and optimize sales cycles.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Solutions Architecture, and Sales Finance.
