Stripe is seeking a seasoned leader to join the Global Payment Methods and Expansion Partnerships team, focusing on EMEA partnerships and market expansion. You will negotiate and close deals with payment method partners and financial partners, coordinating closely with product, engineering, marketing, legal and risk teams.
You will drive partnership strategy across existing and new markets in EMEA, manage onboarding, measure impact with KPIs, and build executive-level alignment with partners.

The Global Payment Methods and Expansion Partnerships team develops and manages relationships with payment methods and financial partners that enable Stripe’s product strategy, and delivers new capabilities in new and existing markets to Stripe users. Our team executes on high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across new products, geographic expansion, user advocacy, and policy. These partnerships have a significant impact on Stripe and the products used by millions of our users.
We are looking for a new member to join our team to develop and execute on high-impact initiatives with both payment method partners and expansion partners in new and existing markets, focusing on EMEA. These partnerships form the basis of Stripe’s product. As part of these efforts, you will be responsible for deal negotiation and execution for our EMEA payment methods and expansion business. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the growth and success of Stripe's payment method partners.
The role will require close coordination with product and engineering teams, as well as cross-functional stakeholders including go to market teams, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Risk, etc., and with external partners’ senior executives.

Office-assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location. For example, Stripes in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico, Bengaluru, India, and Dublin, Ireland work 100% from the office. Also, some teams have greater in-office attendance requirements, to appropriately support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss. This approach helps strike a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility when possible.
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is £117,300 - £175,900. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
