Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Sales Manager for the SMB segment in Europe, Middle East and Africa. You will lead and coach a high-performing account executive team, managing a portfolio of strategic SMB and Mid-Market clients, and drive revenue growth through executive engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

You will mentor the team to achieve ambitious targets, navigate complex sales cycles, and work with product, risk and operations to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant sales experience with a track record of overachieving targets.
• 4+ years of people management experience and leading a sales team.
• Ability to understand complex technical ecosystems and build relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop and lead a team of sales professionals with a focus on SMB.
• Define and implement long-term vision and strategy for the team and manage day-to-day operations.
